Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tachtronic-Iinstruments 23DCMT1371 , 2050027-0001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tolomatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the MXE25PBN08SK26LMITC2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BCES100SP05SSRSHSK15SM231RC3 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BC315 by Manufacturer Tolomatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tel Brand S05507 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tidel such as 2015460001 equipment made by Tidel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tidel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tidel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E2B10712CPPC made by Tel as well as the popular H414242 original spares produced by Timken

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TA25A02614511130A11TA25102001 by Timotion and 2015460001 spares by Tidel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 168912820 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Titan.
